Diploma of Leadership and Management
Latitude offers learning tools that prepare you for the real work you’ll have to do in a work environment every day. This course assists in that by focusing on operational management, including people performance, managing diversity within a team, human resources and recruitment, effective personal planning, and career development. We’ll also teach you practical management skills like enabling a safe working environment, implementing plans and objectives, developing a high standard of customer service, providing support to a team, and promoting team effectiveness.
Entry Requirements
- International students need to be at least 18 years of age
- Meet student visa requirements; IELTS (or equivalent) with an overall band of 6.0 (with no band lower than 5.5) or successful completion of the Latitude College Placement Test
- Have successfully completed a year 12 certificate or higher (or equivalent)
