Introducing Latitude College’s First-Ever Ambassadors: Jessa Mae Signar and Enzo Ademe

This initiative celebrates students who exemplify excellence, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Our first-ever ambassadors, Jessa Mae Signar and Enzo Ademe, embody these values and are set to inspire their peers while promoting our college and the Northern Territory to the world.

What Does it Take to Be a Latitude College Ambassador?

Becoming a Latitude College Ambassador is no small feat. Ambassadors are selected based on their ability to represent the college with distinction. Criteria include:

  • Academic Excellence: Maintaining good academic performance and demonstrating a commitment to learning.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Being articulate, approachable, and effective in both verbal and written communication.
  • Professionalism: Exhibiting reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Taking the lead in projects, mentoring fellow students, and being a role model on campus.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participating in campus activities and offering support to peers.
  • Advocacy for Latitude College and the NT: Promoting the college, its values, and the vibrant opportunities available in the Northern Territory.

What Does an Ambassador Do?

Latitude College Ambassadors play an integral role in enhancing the student experience and showcasing the best our college has to offer. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with campus tours, welcoming new students, and answering their questions.
  • Representing the college at events and speaking with prospective students and agents.
  • Helping to promote the college and the Northern Territory through marketing campaigns, including photoshoots and video recordings.
  • Supporting the organisation and hosting of college events.

Meet Our First-Ever Ambassadors

Let’s meet our ambassadors, pictured below with Latitude Principal and CEO, Charlie Quinn.

Jessa Mae Signar Hailing from the Philippines, Jessa Mae was one of the very first students to enrol at Latitude College. She successfully completed the Diploma of Leadership and Management and has transitioned to the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, setting an example of perseverance and academic achievement. Her dedication to her studies and her commitment to helping her peers make her an outstanding ambassador.

Enzo Ademe Also from the Philippines, Enzo is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Kitchen Management. Known for his enthusiasm and willingness to lend a hand, Enzo has been instrumental in assisting Latitude College with various events, including serving as the host for our recent Christmas Party. His vibrant personality and strong work ethic make him an exceptional choice for this role.
