Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Latitude offers learning tools that prepare you for the real work you’ll have to do in a work environment every day. This course assists in that by focusing on operational management, including using initiative and judgement to plan a range of leadership and management functions with accountability for personal and team outcomes, acquire the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage organizational change, use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesize information from various sources, transfer your knowledge to others and use creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
Entry Requirements
- International students need to be at least 18 years of age
- Meet student visa requirements; IELTS (or equivalent) with an overall band of 6.0 (with no band lower than 5.5) or successful completion of the Latitude College Placement Test
- Have successfully completed a year 12 certificate or higher (or equivalent)
- Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions), or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
